In the framework of the Presidency of Montenegro, pursuant to the Article 15 of the Charter of the Council of Ministers of Culture of South East Europe, Ministry of Culture of Montenegro organized the Meeting of the Secretariat of the Committee of Officials of the Council of Ministers of Culture of South East Europe on 29 October 2009, in Podgorica.
