In the framework of Montenegrin Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Culture of South East Europe, Ministers will gather in Cetinje, Montenegro on 24 April 2010.

Council of Ministers of Culture of South East Europe aims to create a forum for cultural exchanges with a view of maintaining peace, prosperity and harmony in the region. Acting upon these principles, Montenegro as a current chair state will continue developing the dialogue and strengthening regional cooperation.

On this occasion, Declaration has been prepared for approval and signing, focusing on several key points, structured for the purpose of further content creation of the Council.

As one of the concrete activities of the Council, an exhibition of contemporary art has been realized, gathering works of the promising artists from the Member countries. This action has been implemented by the joint efforts of all the countries and it shall contribute to an overall objective of promotion of the mobility of cultural – artistic works through interweaving of the different cultural expressions.
